ALAY Home Care is urgently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout ALL New Jersey counties.

Role Overview
The BCBA provides clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs and behavioral aides, ensuring ethical, data-driven ABA services. Responsibilities include behavioral assessments, treatment planning, staff training, and progress monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
Develop and revise Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
Supervise RBTs and behavioral aides
Train caregivers and staff
Monitor data and adjust treatment plans
Ensure compliance with ABA and DDD standards
Required Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Active BCBA certification
Valid CPR/First Aid certification
Minimum 1 year experience with developmental disabilities
Minimum 1 year supervised experience in behavioral assessment and plan development
Strong knowledge of ABA, FBA, and Positive Behavior Support
