NO production targets
Mentorship and development
including generous in house CE and outside CE credits, as well as local clinical mentorship
The latest in dental technology
including 3D iTero scanners and lasers (with in house certification programs)
Full practice management support
with marketing, patient flow, and administrative support to allow Doctors to focus on patients and provide work-life balance
Company provided insurance
including malpractice, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term and long term disability
Competent and supportive team of dental professionals,
(including dental hygienists, dental assistants, treatment coordinators, practice managers, and in house dental specialists) there to support and drive quality patient care
Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
Comprehensive dental office
Percentage of production based on experience
Full time Dentist expected to make between $205,000 and $450,000
