What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and examinations for patients experiencing medical emergencies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a broad spectrum of illnesses and injuries.
- Perform necessary procedures, including intubations, central line placements, ultrasound utilization, dislocation reductions, chest tube placement, and trauma management.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in the electronic health record system.
Who You Are:
- Board-certified in Emergency Medicine.
- Current and active license to practice medicine in Texas (TX).
- Strong clinical skills and experience in managing a variety of medical emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications are required.
