A thriving clinic in the greater Seattle, Washington and Puget Sound area is looking for a Family Practice Physician or FNP to fulfill a 3 month assignment with the opportunity to extend. Providers should have a WA license OR any other state license if willing to get a WA license. The patient population is outpatient ambulatory services, family medicine, walk in, and chronic disease management.

Setting: Outpatient community clinic
Schedule: 5 8s, M-F OR part time available
Patients Per Day: 20
EMR: Epic
Pay: Above market and negotiable!
