Travel MRI Technician – Days (Fri–Sun)

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Huntsville, Alabama. This role provides diagnostic imaging services for inpatients and outpatients on a weekend schedule.

Assignment Details

• Location: Huntsville, AL

• Assignment Length: 8 weeks

• Start Date: January 19, 2026

• Shift: Days

• Shift Times: Friday–Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years MRI technologist experience

• Certifications:

  • ARRT (R) registration required

  • ARRT (MR) registration required

• Education: Graduate of an accredited AMA school preferred but not required

• Licensure: State license as a general radiographer preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide timely MRI imaging services to inpatients and outpatients under radiologist supervision and departmental protocols

• Adjust imaging parameters to study soft tissue, arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities

• Perform MRI scans with or without contrast media as required by clinical protocols

• Maintain patient safety and quality standards during imaging procedures
