Overview:

Join a large multispecialty medical group as a Primary Care Physician in internal medicine. You will work alongside 5-6 IM docs and 2 APPs, providing comprehensive primary care services to patients in a clinic setting.

Duties:

• Setting: Primary Care
• FTE: Full Time
• # Providers Needed: 1
• Required Procedures: Not required; perform procedures based on provider comfort level
• EMR: Cerner
• Support Staff: RN or LVN on site/own MA

Reason for Coverage:

This locum tenens position is to cover for a physician who is retiring, ensuring continuity of care for patients.

Additional Details:

• Admissions per Day, Patients per Day: Outpatient only, approximately 16-18 patients per day
• Deal Breakers: Availability Monday - Friday with the ability to provide consistent coverage over a few months

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible: Internal Medicine residency trained; will not accept Family Medicine
• CA License: Required
• Residency Requirements/Fellowship: Internal Medicine residency trained; fellowship preferred
• Clean Malpractice/Background: Preferred
