Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working at a skilled nursing facility in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.
- Prior experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads typical for long-term and post-acute care settings preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
- Work Schedule: 5x8.
- Contract Length: 13 weeks.
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
