Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position Details: Graduate Nurse Sign On Bonus $5,000
Experienced RN Sign On Bonus up to $20,000
PTO Frontload up to 80 hours for full time experienced RN’s

What makes 4A Cardiac amazing? We are STEMI certified. We take Cardiac Drug Loading patients. All of our nurses are ACLS certified.
4A Cardiac Unit focuses on CHF, Chest pain, drug load, pre CABG, pre TAVR, Angio with stents, BKS, AKA and med/surg overflow patients.

Telemetry Monitoring
Pacemaker/ICA Care
Post Angio Care
TR Band
5 Main Medication Drips
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit.
- Certifications: Must have a current American Heart Association Health Care Provider card or complete a course within their probationary period.
