Compensation

Competitive salary $65,000-$75,000/year (based on experience)
What You’ll Do
-
Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll for 2,000+ multi-state employees with accuracy and timeliness

Maintain and audit employee data, including pay rates, deductions, garnishments, and tax profiles

Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, performing routine audits and resolving discrepancies

Configure and maintain payroll systems, integrating with HR and financial systems

Generate payroll reports, analyze data, and recommend process improvements

Manage union dues and deductions, collaborating with representatives and maintaining accurate records
What You’ll Bring

4+ years of payroll administration experience for multi-state employee groups

Proficiency with payroll systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills

Knowledge of payroll auditing, compliance, and risk management

Experience with union dues and deduction management (preferred, not required)

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate across teams

Post-secondary education in Accounting, HR, or a related field (preferred, not required)
