Responsibilities include providing inpatient and outpatient care, overseeing clinic operations and OR scheduling, participating in call shifts, and advancing ENT service growth using advanced technology such as DaVinci XI robotics and Cerner EMR. Chief of ENT - Egg Harbor Township, NJFull-Time Leadership Role Hospital-EmployedPosition OverviewJoin the region's largest health system (a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient) as Chief of Otolaryngology, leading a growing ENT division across multiple locations in Southern New Jersey. Work in a collaborative, technology-forward environment near the Jersey Shore.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a division of 4 ENT physicians and 2 NPs
- Provide inpatient and outpatient care
- Oversee clinic and OR block scheduling
- Participate in 6 weekday call shifts/month (no weekend call)
- Work with DaVinci XI robotics
- Utilize Cerner EMR
- Practice at facilities in Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic City, and Galloway, NJ
- Mentor staff and support department growth
- Manage referral networks and uphold quality standards
- Collaborate on ENT service expansion and strategic initiatives
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology (required at time of application)
- Minimum post-training clinical experience required
