Position Highlights

- Post-call days off for both OB and OR call
- 1:7 call rotation, offering a balanced schedule and predictable time away
- Flexible practice model:
- 60% solo or 40% supervised medical direction with an ideal 1:3 ratio and occasional 1:2 coverage.
- Wide variety of cases, including:
- General Surgery
- Ortho
- OB
- ENT
- Urology
- GI
- Neuro
- Vascular
- Do not handle major trauma, transplant or cardiac cases (these cases are handled by a separate team)

Qualifications
- MD/DO
- Current or eligible Indiana licensure
