Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 0-3 years of residency. Active and unrestricted license. Specify if the provider is DMA Certified and provide certification details. Additional Details: Start Date: ASAP - ongoing Availability: Block-time preferred, but will consider providers with sporadic availability on an as-needed basis. Exams Format: Primarily interview-based with some physical assessments (range of motion testing, muscle strength testing). Prescribing/Treatment: None required. Credentialing: Quick credentialing & onboarding. DMA Certification: Available (can obtain CME credits) - to be obtained post-privileging if not already certified. Equipment: Use of Goniometer required. Expertise: Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions required. Technology: Must own a personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops/MACs).
