Requirements:

• Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in Radiology
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
• Licensure: Active Illinois medical license and DEA required
• Experience: Candidates must have clean files for consideration
• Specialty & Shift Preference: Must be noted at the time of name clearance
