As an Overnight Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Overnight Production Associate
Location: New Castle, PA
Pay Range: $20/hour
What's the Job?
- Perform general production labor in a mill environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as required.
What's Needed?
- Ability to work overnight shifts from Sunday through Thursday, 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- Strong physical stamina and capability to lift heavy objects.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
