$30K sign-on bonus plus robotic surgery support in a coastal SC medical center. Employed Otolaryngologist (ENT) in Myrtle Beach area; permanent full-time; standard office hours Mon–Thu 8–17, Fri 8–12; mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient care and OR (≈2 days OR, 2.5 clinic, 0.5 admin); no weekend call; Cerner EMR; guaranteed base + WRVU bonuses; benefits and loan repayment eligibility. - MD/DO with ENT board eligibility/certification
- Active SC medical license (or eligible)
- Experience with general ENT surgical procedures; robotic surgery experience preferred
- Ability to cover inpatient follow-up and ED call during clinic hours
- Eligible for hospital privileging and malpractice coverage

--Medical Center is seeking an ENT for employed position
--Join team of 3 other ENT?s, PA and audiologist
--This position includes surgical cases, inpatient care, and outpatient follow-ups.
--The APP will work closely with surgeons and other team members to deliver high-quality care to patients while enhancing surgical efficiencies.
--Responsibilities include participating in pre-operative and post-operative management, conducting consultations, and providing patient education.
--Primarily outpatient clinical role with some OR support ? with inpatient responsibilities
--Standard office hours (Mon-Thurs: 8am-5pm / Fri: 8am-12pm)
--36 patient contact hours / 4 admin hours
--Dedicated 90% or 10% more time to the OR, with occasional inpatient follow-up and ED call
coverage during clinic hours.
--No weekend call responsibilities.
--Support for general and robotic surgeries, assisting in advanced procedures.
--Cerner EMR
--Daily Patient Volume: Variable based on surgical caseload and clinic needs.
--Patient Demographics: Broad range of surgical patients requiring general and advanced
procedures.
--Bread and Butter ENT Practice (30% peds)
--30 Patients/day in the clinic
--Surgical Procedures includes: CMC Ear, Nose, and Throat offers a full array of services
--Dedicated RN support, 14 ORs with low infection rates.
--Technology: Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System and advanced imaging and testing, including: PET scans, high-speed CT, 3-D mammography, 3T MRI, and bone-density screening.
--Call: 1:3 will be going to 1:4 with new hire
--Patient volume: On average 25+ per day
--Accessibility to 10 ORs & Clinic time
--2 days in OR / 2.5 days in clinic / .5-day admin
--Patient panel: newborn to geriatrics
