Weekend Requirement: every 3rd weekendHolidays: minor holidays, major only if needed
Requirements:
- CA License
- 1 year experience working OT
- Must have experience with Oasis (gov't mandated form)
- BLS
- Home setting experience is preferred
Other Details:- EMR: Cerner
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: PT/OT - ortho, strokes, ortho, joints, spinal injuries speech - anything
