Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a day shift, home health assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a home health setting serving the Cumberland area
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Providers may be required to float within a 25-mile radius between facilities as needed
• Role involves delivering physical therapy care in patient homes throughout the community
• Local candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility are considered local for pay purposes
• Local travelers are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions
• Previous employees must disclose employment at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months
• Travel pairs or groups are not allowed for this contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Current physical therapy license required if applicable
• Must provide a valid driver’s license for consideration
• Submission materials must include scanned copies of SSN, DOB, driver’s license, completed application, skills checklist, and two professional references
