About the Clinician's WorkdayThis role involves conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing psychotherapy and/or medication management for a wide range of mental health conditions, including psychosis, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, and behavioral issues. The clinician will work collaboratively with patients, families, advanced practice providers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, effective care and support positive patient outcomes.
