Responsibilities:
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address emergent patient needs efficiently.
- Communication : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
- Assessment : Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify urgent medical needs.
- Prioritization : Prioritize patient care activities based on acuity and urgency.
- Risk Assessment : Assess and mitigate potential risks to patient safety.
- Equipment Operation : Demonstrate proficiency in operating medical equipment in emergency settings.

Qualifications:
- Minimum one year Emergency Department or Critical Care experience preferred.
- PALS within 6 month required
- TNCC within 1 year required
