Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical Telemetry position requiring a compact or AZ RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
• Day shifts from 07:00 to 19:30
• Assignment involves working on various Med/Surg and Telemetry floors
• Care is provided to adult medical and telemetry patients
• No local travelers allowed within a 50-mile radius
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Returning travelers must not have been on permanent staff at a CHS facility within the previous 2 years
• First-time travelers will be considered

Requirements

• Active AZ or compact RN license required
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• Minimum of 2 years of overall RN experience preferred
• No employment as permanent staff in any CHS facility within the past 2 years
• Must not have a gap in work history of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
