Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and emails from technicians, customers, service companies, and subcontractors
Strategically schedule and manage jobs daily
Collaborate with technicians to ensure we are on schedule and delays are effectively communicated to the customer
Address customer concerns and work to resolve any issues they may be experiencing
Procure township permits, schedule inspections, and inform customers of appointments
Record, verify, and submit field technician work hours for payroll
Arrive on time and maintain consistent daily attendance
Qualifications
1+ years of administrative/project coordination experience
Previous electrical industry experience is a plus, but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Detail oriented, thorough, and organized
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to analyze problems and strategize solutions
English-speaking preferred
