A well-established leading organization in Illinois is looking for an internal medicine or IM/Peds physician to join their growing primary care team in this thriving community in Central Illinois.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary starting at $304,000 + ~$15,000 in annual quality bonuses = ~$319,000+ year one
• Competitive wRVU-based incentive structure, with additional earning potential easily reached in under 2 years
