multiple state licenses are highly preferred especially those licensed in
Oklahoma, Georgia, and Texas. The more licenses you hold, the more consults you can accept! This role focuses on
minor, non-emergent conditions such as cold/flu symptoms, rashes, UTIs, etc.
No controlled substance prescribing and
no video requirements all consults are by phone.

- Providers may opt to accept or decline individual consults
- Typical call peaks: 9am 1pm and 3pm 9pm
- Platform is simple and training is provided
How It Works- Receive text alerts for incoming consults during your chosen hours
- Accept or decline within 5 15 minutes
- Contact the patient within 1 hour
- Review health history, offer diagnosis and treatment
- Complete brief call documentation
- Calls typically last 5 15 minutes
- Prompt monthly payment for completed consults
Compensation- $35 per completed encounter
- Same rate regardless of state or call length
- More availability + more licenses = higher earning potential
Qualifications- Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
- Active clinical license(s) multi-state licensure is a strong advantage
- Current BLS certification
- Comfortable treating minor urgent care conditions via telephone consults
