• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Provide unit-level patient care coordination and management
• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Required scrub color: Navy
• Charting system: Cerner
• Work within facility with 8 CVICU beds, 8 SICU beds, and 16 MICU beds
