This opportunity begins on Dec 31, 2025, and features 24-hour call shifts with OR time from 7 AM to 12 PM. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of first assist experience, with strong proficiency in endoscopic vein harvesting and first assisting in CABG, valve, and great vessel surgeries.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide first assist in cardiothoracic surgical cases, including CABG, valve, and great vessel procedures
- Perform endoscopic vein harvesting
- Participate in 24-hour call coverage and provide perioperative support
- Work in the OR from 7 AM to 12 PM as scheduled
- Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams to ensure optimal patient care
Additional Information
- Minimum 3 years of first assist experience required
- Experience in a Trauma center is highly preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) certifications required
- Arkansas licensure required
