The Facilities Manager oversees maintenance and operations of a multi-purpose entertainment space, ensuring equipment and infrastructure remain in optimal condition. This role requires proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, along with team management and cost control responsibilities. The position demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, physical capability, and availability for on-call duties.
We are a multi-purpose entertainment space in search of a Facilities Manager with experience in the restaurant and entertainment field.
The Facilities Manager reports to the General Manager and is tasked with keeping our equipment and centers running in ship-shape order. Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills would be a plus. You will be responsible for training, managing, and motivating a team of hourly technicians, maintaining cost objectives, and staying on top of all that is going on inside our building.
Facilities Manager Requirements
- Ability to move maintenance equipment (approximately 250 lbs.), climb ladders, and possess the strength required to repair, clean, and maintain the facility machines and equipment
- Ability to identify, comprehend and act on changing customer and business requirements
- Attention to detail, strong organizational ability; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
- Possess good customer relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team-oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all areas of job responsibilities
Facilities Manager Skills Required
- 3+ Years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of building maintenance
- Ability to Travel 10% of the time
- Ability to complete physical duties
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- On-call 24/7
Facilities Manager Compensation:
- $65,000-76,000 in salary based on experience
- 20% Bonus paid quarterly if KPIs are met
