Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with at least 1 year of recent OR experience and an active TX or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Position is in the Surgery department of a hospital setting
- Day shifts with a varied schedule from 07:00 to 19:00
- 13-week assignment
- Duties include providing preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care for surgical patients
- Team-based environment working with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff
- No Canadian Social Security Numbers accepted
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent OR nursing experience
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification required, with no expirations within the first 30 days of start
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Must provide US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
