JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active state medical license
- Board: BC/BE in EM, IM, or FP (ABMS/ABPS)
- DEA: Active DEA Certification
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP (Required); ATLS if not EM-boarded
- Experience: Emergency medicine experience preferred
- Other Qualifications: Residency in EM/IM/FP 9 hours trauma CME annually CMEs (past 5 years) Flu shot & TB test Driver's license & photo ID
