Opportunity for customizable schedule with 1:4 call and H-1 visa sponsorship available. Non-interventional Physiatrist (PM&R) — permanent Detroit-area role, primarily outpatient with possible inpatient consults. Full-time, physician sets own template; avg 25–30 patients/day. Call 1 in 4. - MD/DO with active medical license (or eligible) in MI
- Board-certified/eligible in PM&R
- Experience with spasticity care, injections, wheelchair/O&P, musculoskeletal/ultrasound procedures preferred
- H-1 visa candidates considered

Looking for non-interventional PM&R physician.
Call schedule will be 1 out of 4
The doctor sets their template/schedule, our Physiatrists see an average of 25-30 patients per day in the office.
Clinical responsibilities will vary and may include any combination of inpatient and outpatient consultations, spine care including fluoroscopic guided injection, spasticity management including Botulinum Toxin injections, Baclofen Pump management, and musculoskeletal care, including ultrasound guided procedures, wheelchair/O&P clinics, osteoporosis management and pain management.
