Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospitals is excited to invite a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to become a vital part of our dedicated and collaborative team. We operate in a state-of-the-art Level II and Level III NICU environment, located in the vibrant and family-friendly community of Henderson, Nevada. Our facilities include:
- St. Rose Siena Campus: 26-bed, Level III NICU with an average daily census of 22.
- St. Rose San Martin Campus: 6-bed Level II NICU with an average daily census of 3, providing a more intimate care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in both NICU settings.
- Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as body cooling, jet ventilation, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).
- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects.
- Work with a highly skilled nursing team and ancillary staff in a supportive environment.
- Engage in flexible scheduling to promote a healthy work/life balance.

Qualifications:
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
- Valid Nevada medical license or willingness to obtain one.
- Clean malpractice and license history is highly preferred.
- Experience level is open to both experienced neonatologists and recent graduates who meet certification requirements.
- Copy of the most recent NPDB Report (within 30 to 60 days active) is required.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
- Valid medical license in Nevada or willingness to obtain.
