The Infectious Disease Physician provides specialized outpatient care primarily through telehealth and in-clinic visits across three NYC locations. They manage infectious diseases such as HIV, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C, treating an average of 16 adult patients per day. This position requires board certification, NY licensure, and involves working in a community health clinic setting with a multidisciplinary support team.
Location/Schedule: NYC - 3 locations 60% remote telehealth from home and 2 days per week in clinic
- Scheduled at any of the 3 sites but not required if provider has site preference
- Client is flexible
- Either in clinic 2 days per week, remote from home 3 days per week or in clinic 1 day per week and remote from home 2 days per week

Job Details:
- Outpatient FQHC Community Clinic
- Typical cases: HIV, Hep C, Hep B
- Position is 60% Telehealth and 40% in office patient contact
- Average 16 patients/day
- Adults only
- EMR: eClinical Works
- Support Staff: MD s, RN s, LPN s, MA s, Medical Director, Office Staff, Office Manager
- Credentialing: 30 Days
- Require: Board Certified in Infectious Disease, NY license, DEA, BLS
