Job Title: Repair Technician
Location: Whitsett, NC
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift, 3:30pm-12am, Monday-Friday
Pay: 16.75/hr

What We’re Looking For
Genuine interest in computers—if you’ve tinkered with them for fun, you’re a great fit
Solid understanding of computer components and their functions
PC repair experience required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule
Willingness to work in areas outside of the repair station as needed
Relevant college education is a plus (formal work experience not always required)
Essential Job Functions
Accurately diagnose PC issues and ensure first-time fixes to meet service levels
Disassemble, remove, and repair equipment as needed
Maintain accurate project and repair records
Care for and account for assigned tools and equipment
Perform upgrades, modifications, and component replacements on PCs
