- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule
- 23 patients per day
- 40 total hours with 36 patient-facing and 4 administrative hours
- Primary care ambulatory experience required
- Hospital privileges required
- Patient age range 19 - 99+
- Potential for extension beyond initial assignment
