FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN (OB Optional) Primary Care Physician works as a leader of a Care Team. Physician works collaboratively with other health care team members to achieve patient care objectives and to provide continuity of care for patients and families. PRACTICE SPECIFICS • Join an experienced, progressive, well-respected primary care group (6 Family Practice Physicians) with full diagnostic and therapeutic support services, including pharmacy, infusion services, and rehabilitative services for adult and pediatric patients. • Call 1-5.
