Travelers may float across Providence Health System facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, St. Vincent. Seaside float incentive: +$5/hr + IRS mileage; hotel offered for consecutive shifts. Call: Yes — 1 low-census shift per pay period. Weekends: Every other or every third. Block scheduling: Unknown. Ratios: 1:1 labor; 1:3 postpartum. Special Notes: Must have a vehicle. 48-hour schedules not approved. Common for travelers to float to units matching their skill set.
