Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 7:30a5p, 4 days per week. Start date July 17, 2025, ongoing through end of year Practice Setting: Outpatient Type of cases and required procedures: Biopsy, Excision, Electrodesiccation (with curettage), Cryosurgery; Phototherapy preferred Credentialing timeframe: Immediate, no hospital privileges required EMR: Epic Certifications required: Board Certification, Basic Life Support (AHA) Licensure required: Drug Enforcement Administration license. Active Oregon license preferred, willing to consider licensing candidates.
