We are urgently seeking a Board-Certified (BC) Emergency Medicine Physician for an immediate and ongoing Locum Tenens assignment in the scenic Northwoods of Wisconsin, providing crucial coverage at regional hospitals.

Location & Setting- Primary Location: Hospital in Rhinelander, WI .
- Secondary Coverage: Opportunity to provide coverage at two smaller Critical Access Hospitals within thirty minutes.
- Outdoor Lifestyle: This is an ideal assignment for providers who enjoy the outdoors, with access to lakes, hiking, birdwatching, snowshoeing, skiing, and ice fishing.
Schedule & Scope of Work- Shifts Available:Over 20 shifts per month open. The facility is flexible with the number of locums accepted.
- Coverage Model: Mostly single physician coverage with some shift overlap. The physician is supported by double coverage with two Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) .
- Admission Rate: Approximately 20% .

Requirements & Logistics- Certification:Board Certified (BC) .
- Life Support:ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS are required.
- License: Active Wisconsin (WI) License required.
Temporary Privileges:Temps will be available ; however,
only present physicians with a clean NPDB/file.
