Registered Nurse – Procedural / TelemetryJob Duties

• Answer patient questions and address concerns to ensure comfort and understanding
• Monitor and document patient vital signs before, during, and after procedures
• Administer sedation to patients prior to procedures, as ordered
• Recover and monitor patients post-procedure
• Administer prescribed medications, including IV drips
• Prepare instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures
• Clean and sterilize equipment according to infection control standards
• Assist physicians throughout procedures
• Complete accurate documentation, including patient notes and discharge instructions

Requirements

• Active RN License – New York ONLY
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Telemetry experience required

Certifications

• BLS – American Heart Association ONLY (Required)
