Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Medical Ultrasound Technologist with at least 1 year of recent sonography experience for a 13-week day shift travel assignment.
Responsibilities
- Position is for a Medical Sonographer in a hospital setting
- Shift is from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs
- Up to 5 days of requested time off is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
- Candidates living within 50 miles are eligible for a local contract
- Subcontractor staff within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at a local facility before a 1-year separation or transfer is required
- Canadian SINs are not accepted
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in medical ultrasound
- Active license required at the time of consideration if applicable
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- All certifications must be valid for at least the first 30 days of assignment, or documentation of scheduled renewal must be provided
- Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
