Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is based on experience ($210,000 - $230,000/year)
- Health Insurance Employer pays 77% (Employee: $58.56-$61.52 biweekly)

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)
- 30% Clinical 70% Administrative
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all clinical care delivery and medical residency program
- Provide collaborative supervision to nurse practitioners and additional providers as needed to provide program growth
- Lead by example in clinical service delivery and team-based care
- Oversee the quality management plan and publish and share the annual QI plan
Requirements
- Clear and active Medical License in the state of Ohio
- MD/DO
- Board Certification
- Family Medicine (FP)
- Internal Medicine (IM)
- Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN)
- Willingness to see patients of all ages
- Minimum 2 years experience in a healthcare leadership position required
