Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

• Duration: 12 weeks

• Schedule: Monday–Friday only

• Shift: 5 x 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week)

• Hours: Day shift; must be willing to work until 7:00 PM two evenings per week

• On Call: None

Location: Plainville, CT

Position Details:

• Outpatient orthopedic setting

• 3+ years of experience preferred

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

• EPIC experience is a plus

Requirements:

• Active Connecticut PT license

• BLS certification
