Position / Specialty: X-Ray Tech Shift: Monday-Friday Years of experience REQ: 1 Year First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Yes Required Certs: BLS, ARRT Locals accepted: Yes. Pending State License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND PRIOR TO START RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek. call reqs: weekdays 9p-7a and weekends are 7a-7p or 7p-7a. 2 on call shifts during the week and 2 on call shifts for weekends assigned a month University hospital sees mainly transplant & cancer adult patients. The x-ray area has 8-10 techs on days that rotate weekly through outpatient ortho, surgery, fluoro, and portables.
