Position Overview - Title : Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (General Psychiatrists with youth experience also considered)
- Location : Danbury, CT
- Schedule : 40 hours/week with flexible options (4x10s or 5x8s); hybrid model with telehealth and onsite care
- Call : Phone-only, weekday coverage for own patients + 1 weekend every 4 weeks
- Start Date : Immediate (1 provider leaving now, 1 by year-end)
Practice Details - Practice Type : Outpatient Mental Health
- Team Composition : 3 Physicians, 1 Mid-Level
- Patient Volume : 150-200 patients/week across the group
- Population : ADHD, anxiety, depression, mild bipolar (no addiction treatment)
- Credentialing Timeline : 6-8 weeks

Candidate Requirements - Board Certified in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent BC preferred)

Benefits
Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary : $300,000 or 60% of collections (whichever is greater)
