Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with a WI or compact license, strong CRRT skills, and required certifications for a day shift assignment.
Responsibilities
- Position is in the ICU of a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule: three 12-hour shifts (7:00–19:00) with every other weekend required
- May float to IMCU (stepdown) as needed
- Patient population includes critical care cases requiring CRRT
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Travelers may be asked to float to related units such as IMCU based on facility needs
- Latex allergies cannot be accommodated at this facility
- Travel pairs accepted for this assignment
- Return staff must have at least a 1-year gap before being eligible as a traveler
- A 50-mile radius applies for local candidates who will receive a lower pay rate
- Modules must be completed during orientation as part of onboarding
Requirements
- Active WI or compact RN license in hand
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- At least 2 years of recent ICU experience
- Strong skills and experience with CRRT required
- Two supervisor references from within the past year, including one from the most recent assignment, required for consideration
