Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry Care Unit (TCU) night shift position requiring a VA or compact RN license and prior specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Telemetry Care Unit (TCU) within a hospital setting
- Handles telemetry patient population
- Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Provide monitoring and assessment for telemetry patients
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Must supply references, skills checklist, license verification, and copies of certifications as requested
- No Canadian Social Security Numbers accepted
Requirements
- Active VA or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in telemetry or TCU required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from AHA or ARC
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
