Full description
We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified (or board-eligible) Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing, patient-centered team in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and management of chronic and acute illnesses in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based medical care to adult patients (18+)

  • Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests

  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, COPD)

  • Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress

  • Provide preventive care and health education

  • Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and administrative staff

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in EMR system

  • Participate in quality improvement and continuing education initiatives


Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)

  • Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

  • Active and unrestricted medical license in Connecticut

  • DEA certification

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

  • Commitment to patient-centered care and team-based practice


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in outpatient primary care or multispecialty group practice

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
