FOH Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years in a full service restaurant FOH management role
- A dynamic leader to lead and develop a passionate team

FOH Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume or entertainment/destination environment preferred
- Experience with private or special events a plus!
- Ability to lead, train, and coach servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff to deliver consistent and elevated guest experiences
- Oversee all front-of-house operations during service, including guest seating, service flow, and staff management
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering as needed
