Opportunity:
Registered Nurse - PACU
Job Details:
• Work 4x10 hour shifts with variable start times between 6:00 AM and 9:30 AM
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• May be required to work closing shifts from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and stay late if patients don't meet discharge criteria
• 5 years of experience required as inpatient PACU RN and/or outpatient surgical setting experience
• Work in Day Surgery Unit with adult and pediatric patients
• Must be able to work in pre-op, PACU, and post-op areas
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, California RN License
• Epic charting experience preferred
• All certifications must be AHA certified and available at time of submission
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• Responsible for assessment, coordination, delivery and evaluation of nursing care including direct patient care, patient/family education and care transitions
• Complete orientation modules through e-learning system
