Seeking RN - Critical Care for positions in Milledgeville, GA across day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options. Requires ADN or higher, active RN license, critical care experience (ICU/MICU/CVICU/SICU/Neuro ICU) and preferred ACLS; duties include monitoring unstable patients, operating life-support systems, emergency response, medication administration, and care plan collaboration. Qualifications:
- ADN or higher degree in nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
- Ability to function effectively under stress
- Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
- Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
- Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
- Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
- Administer medications and other treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $59,030 to $77,630 /year
