OB-GYN Opportunity Northeastern Oregon Hospital Women s & Children s Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic, and flexible BC/BE OB-GYN Total compensation: $360,000+ with RVU production bonus based on annual threshold and quality incentives up to $130,000 annually Outpatient Rural Health Clinic open Monday Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Provider schedule: Four 10-hour days per week Average patients per day; scribe provided for providers averaging 15+ patients per day who intend to grow their panel further Team includes 3 full-time physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner 1:3 call rotation Dedicated Family Birthing Center, Level 1 Nursery, and certified lactation consultant services 11 exam rooms, 1 non-stress testing room with modern equipment, and 2 ultrasound machines available in clinic Behavioral health on-site for consultation and warm handoff Full-time, permanent position with Epic EMR integration in clinic and hospital settings Commencement bonus: $40,000 $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, and subscriptions plus paid CME time Student loan assistance available Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid malpractice, retirement with 401K match, and more Community: Nestled in the eastern foothills of the Blue Mountains with nearby Eagle Caps, Wallowa, and Elkhorn ranges; population 35,000 Rich in outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, alpine lakes, skiing, rock climbing, water sports, hunting, fishing, and bird watching Located approximately two hours from Pasco, WA and four hours from Portland, OR Pendleton Airport (45 minutes away) offers daily flights to Portland; Port
